Harsha Bhogle Slams IndiGo Airlines For ‘Passenger Last’ Attitude
Harsha Bhogle takes a dig at IndiGo Airlines, criticises their treatment of passengers with a sarcastic social media post.

Veteran cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle has taken a swipe at IndiGo Airlines, criticising the carrier for its poor services. Currently on duty for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season, Bhogle called out the airline for allegedly adopting a “passengers last” approach.
Without disclosing the events that led to his criticism, Harsha Bhogle took a dig at IndiGo on X, sarcastically saying he’d invite them home for dinner and then make them wait outside his home like they treat passengers, calling their service rude and tagging it as “IndigoFirstPassengerLast.”
"One day I am going to invite people from @IndiGo6E home for dinner and ask them to wait outside the door till the table is laid and the food is cooked. #Rude. Always #IndigoFirstPassengerLast," Harsha Bhogle wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter).

IndiGo responded to Harsha Bhogle's criticism, issuing an apology for the inconvenience caused. They clarified that the brief delay occurred as the airline was providing wheelchair assistance to some passengers boarding the flight.
“Mr Bhogle, we truly appreciate you taking the time to speak with us and share your experience. We regret the brief wait you experienced due to our team assisting wheelchair users in boarding the flight. We appreciate your patience & understanding,” the airline company wrote replying to Bhogle’s post on X.

Remote bay boarding can sometimes take a little longer due to ongoing vehicular and aircraft movement on the tarmac. Thank you for your support & we hope you had a pleasant flight! Looking forward to serving you again soon. ~Team IndiGo 2/2
