'Celebrations Gone Wild': Mayank Agarwal Celebrates His 29th Birthday

Team India young opener Mayank Agarwal celebrated his 29th birthday on Sunday.

While Mayank and Pant shared a 100-run partnership (134 runs for the third wicket), Prithvi Shaw scored a quick-fire 39 off 31 balls.

Agarwal, went on to score remarkable 81 retired in the second innings of the three-day warm-up game between India and the New Zealand XI that ended in a draw.

Ahead of the match, Agarwal said he would take confidence of this innings in to the Test matches against Kiwis.

With regular opener Rohit Sharma getting ruled out due to injury, Agarwal is most likely to open with Shaw for IND vs NZ 1st Test, commencing Feb 21.
