A Glimpse Into BAPS Mandir, Largest Hindu Temple In Gulf Region

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the BAPS Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi, spread across an area of 27 acre. The temple will be the largest Hindu place of worship in the Gulf region.

The construction for the temple started in 2019 on 13.5 acres of land donated by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in 2015. Later, another 13.5 acres of land was allocated by the UAE government for the temple in 2019. Image Source: PTI
