Actor and producer JD Majethia has climbed Everest Base Camp at the age of 54. He shared pictures and videos from his journey on Instagram.

JD Majethia completed the climb in 11 days. Many actors and friends from the industry congratulated him on his feat.

The actor also made a video for his team of sitcom 'Wagle Ki Duniya' from the base camp and showed them the mighty mountain peak.

He posted videos of him singing while hiking. He wrote, “Mountain Idol me ye banda zaroor aage ayega.”

He shared another video of hiking while singing Bollywood song 'Chalte Chalte' from the film by the same name.
