She added soups and salads are 'good for people who want to lose fat or weight quickly.' She suggests "Make healthy and thick soups such as mushroom soup, broccoli soup or mixed vegetable soup."
If you want to make healthy soups to lose weight, avoid sugar, honey, corn, or butter because they contain too many calories."
