The world of sports entertainment is in mourning as Hulk Hogan, one of the most iconic figures in professional wrestling, passed away on Thursday at the age of 71 in Florida. Celebrities across the globe, including Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor, joined fans in paying tribute to the wrestling legend’s enduring legacy.

WWE and Celebrities Remember Hulk Hogan

Confirming the news, the official WWE Instagram page wrote: “WWE is saddened to learn legendary WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away. Re-sharing the post, Varun Dhawan wrote on his Instagram Stories: “You inspired an entire generation, Hulkster. RIP.”

Arjun Kapoor also paid homage to the wrestling great, posting:“A part of my childhood just went with you Hulkster… Thank you for the memories.”

Cause of Death and Details

According to TMZ, Hogan — whose real name was Terry Bollea — suffered a cardiac arrest at his Florida home. He was rushed to the hospital by emergency responders but was later pronounced dead.

A paparazzi video obtained by TMZ showed medics attempting to revive him before transporting him in an ambulance. The official cause of death will be confirmed by the coroner’s office in the coming days.

An Icon Who Defined an Era

Hulk Hogan was more than just a wrestler — he was a pop culture icon who made professional wrestling a global phenomenon in the 1980s and beyond. His charisma, signature moves, and larger-than-life persona earned him millions of fans worldwide.

Hogan is survived by his first wife Linda Hogan and their children, Brooke and Nick.
