Rithvik Dhanjani Shares Cryptic Post Amidst Rumours Of BREAK-UP With Asha Negi

Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi have reportedly called it quits after dating for more than six years.

New Delhi: While Bollywood and TV couples are spending quality time with each other amid the Coronavirus lockdown, the recent report of Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi’s break-up has set several tongues wagging. The popular TV couple, worked together in Zee TV’s ‘Pavitra Rishta’, painted the town with their love. The rumours of Asha and Ritvik parting ways after six years of relationship shocked their fans. Amid the rumours of their break-up, Rithvik shared a cryptic post on his Instagram story. "I laugher. I laughed like a kid when it dawned on me that so much of what I worried about wasn't mine to begin with. What people think and how they perceive you isn't in your power. And yet we let it rob us of who we truly are. All in the name of fitting in with the herd and that my friend is bullshit,” Rithvik wrote while quoting a post from Jm storm quotes. (Source- Instagram) According to a report in a leading daily, Asha and Rithvik’s relationship went kaput a couple of months ago. The couple used to share lovey lovey photos on Instagram but they haven’t posted pictures together since Christmas 2019.

“Earlier, they would often hang out with their friends, but Asha stopped doing it about a year ago, barring special occasions. Something was amiss in their relationship for quite some time. In fact, both knew that the relationship was over long before they decided to move on. It looks like they outgrew each other. Having said that, they have handled the situation maturely. Both of them haven’t told their friends, but they are aware of it. However, they don’t question them on their relationship status,” a source told Times Of India. Rithvik and Asha, who won ‘Nach Baliye 6’ together, played the respective roles of Arjun and Purvi in ‘Pavitra Rishta’, which also starred Ankita Lokhande. Watch this space for more updates!
