Mumbai: TV actor Karanvir Bohra says he has been advised to undergo ankle surgery. Karanvir is the host of reality TV show "India's Best Judwaah" and has been shooting non-stop for the past three weeks. Due to long shooting hours and excessive standing, the ankle bone has protruded out of the socket, causing immense pain and inconvenience to the actor, because of which he will have to get a surgery done at the earliest to avoid further damage, read a statement.

#postshootexhaustion Mommy sunshine got these rabbits to shoot today, what I observed is, that they find themselves at home on shooting Sets, and just chill with the crew (artists / Directors / production / make up / hair didi / man Friday's) without disturbing the shoot, but when the clock strikes 8, that's it....these "CINDERELLA's" need their beauty sleep. I think every father will vouch for the "Shanti" ( peace) we get seeing our babies sleep in our arms, their Lil heart pounding near our heart, the touch of those soft fingers on your face, that want assurance of your presence. And the best part is to get up with them in the mornings 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻 @bombaysunshine @twinbabydiaries

Talking about it, Karanvir, who was last seen on finitie series Naagin 2, said: "I have been standing for hours together to shoot. Since I am flat footed, because of the strain, the ankle bone is displaced causing a lot of pain. I have been advised to get a surgery done immediately but owing to my professional commitments, I won't be able to do so for the next one month since it requires 10-15 days of rest post the surgery and I cannot afford that as of now." The actor, who has just stepped into fatherhood with twin daughters, has found a temporary solution to his problem.

I was posing for this pic, I loved the hue hitting my head, the leaves perfectly placed like an arrangement, the reflection cutting my face, I liked it, I like posing, getting myself clicked, like all the actors I know. I think the joy of posing or for that matter, acting, for us is to be able to experience emotions in a safe environment. I don't think we can scream and cry n pose like that on the street because everybody will look ( yes I'm sometimes self conscious) But if we do it on a movie/TV set, we get all eyes on us in awe and praises. Eccentric n narcissistic behavior is not routinely noticed around a set, it's normal. I love that normality.
