In the show, Chandni is likewise a rebel, but Roshni is played by Amandeep Sidhu, a firefighter. Their equation and relationship are completely changed by one incident.
Amandeep Sidhu, who plays Chandni in the show Chashni, discusses her experience as a firefighter. "Playing a firefighter is different yet challenging for me. It's the first time a woman has played the role of a firefighter, and it's also a first for the audience. It is an amazing experience to play the role of Chandni. Like every show, ours also has a message for the audience; it showcases girl power, which revolves around Chandni and Roshni. The story of the two sisters is engaging and filled with masaledar twists; the audience will surely love the show, as it will be the first time they witness something like this. I have always played the character of the girl next door, but playing a firefighter is going to be special as I will be serving my nation, be it in real life or on screen, and I always wanted to play this type of character," she said.
