New Delhi: TV actress Ankita Bhargava has a special message for actor-hubby Karan Patel on the ocassion of friendship day. The duo got married last year and has been living happy life since then. Ankita has also wished her female friends in the cutest  way possible. She has shared a collage of four pictures which feature her with actress-friend and former Bigg Boss contestant Roopal Tyagi alongwith Tanvi Parekh.
