Monday Motivation: Shahid Kapoor Starts The Day On A Healthy Note
Recently, Shahid celebrated 7th year anniversary of his award-winning movie ‘Haider’. He shared a couple of clicks from the film on Instagram.
Actor Shahid Kapoor is inspiring us to drive away the Monday blues by hitting the gym and building some strength.
Taking to Instagram Story, Shahid shared a glimpse of his early morning workout. In the image, we can see barbells and other gym equipment kept in a room.
"Early morning deadlifts. The best," he captioned the post.
Earlier, the actor has shared a click and turned heads of his Instafam. The picture features Shahid Kapoor clad in a grey loose sleeveless hoodie, in which his muscular biceps and triceps are stealing the show.
Recently, Shahid had also shared a couple of clicks from the movie ‘Haider’. He shared those on the 7th year anniversary of the movie. Sharing the same he wrote - “To be or not to be. An actor or a star. Looking outside or deep within. To find meaning or be meaningless. To dare or to submit. To hold on or to let go. The many questions an actor faces at a critical juncture in his journey of choosing who he decides to be. The possibilities are many. But there is only one right one. #haider you helped me find me. A few months ago, Mira, the mother of two children, surprised everyone with her flexibility. She had posted a video, in which she was seen doing yoga asanas like Chakrasana or the backbend pose, Halasana or plough pose and Padmasana or the lotus pose.
On work front, the actor will be next seen in Jersey. The film is a Hindi remake of the Telugu blockbuster film Jersey. Helmed by Gowtham Tinnanuri the film is backed by Dil Raju, Allu Aravind and Aman Gill. It is slated to release on Diwali 2021. Apart from this, Shahid is also shooting for Raj and DK's web show with Raashi Khanna.
