Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Multilingual Film 'Yashoda' Is Set To Release On August 12

‘Yashoda’, Samantha's forthcoming film directed by Hari and Harish, will enter theatres on August 12.

New Delhi: One of South India's most popular actresses, Samantha has been in a role since last year. She will next be seen in ‘Yashoda’, which has a release date confirmed by the film's producers.

An official announcement was made on social media by the film's financiers, Sridevi Movies. ‘Yashoda’ will be released on August 12th, and the production company has claimed that it would provide thrills to viewers.

The movie will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam, according to the poster posted with the post.

Along with Samantha, several well-known actors and actresses will play pivotal parts in the eagerly anticipated action thriller, ‘Yashoda’. These include Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Unni Mukundan, Murali Sharma and Sampath Raj.

It is being produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad and written and directed by Hari Shankar and Harish Narayan for Sridevi Movies. For the film, a stunning set costing Rs 3 crore is being built. Yannick Ben, a French action director, was just brought on board to helm Yashoda. 

The film's producers announced the news on social media, and fans can't wait to watch the actor's feats. 

Aside from her participation in the second season of The Family Man, Samantha was most recently seen in a special cameo in the song Oo Antava from Pushpa: The Rise, where she demonstrated that she is an excellent fit for an action avatar.

Samantha is also looking forward to  another film ‘Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal’, directed by Vignesh Shivan and co-starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.
