She also added, "If Sajid would have done this with someone close to Salman Khan, would he have allowed the molester to enter into the house of Big Boss??? What about the pain & sorrow of all those women who have dared to share on public platforms about their dreadful, shocking experiences with Sajid."
Earlier on Monday, Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal wrote to Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur demanding the ouster of Sajid Khan from 'Bigg Boss 16'
“Ten women had accused Sajid Khan of sexual harassment during the #MeToo movement. All these complaints show the disgusting mentality of Sajid. Now, this man has been given a place in Bigg Boss, which is wrong. I have written to @ianuragthakur to have Sajid Khan removed from this show,” Maliwal said in a tweet in Hindi on Monday.
A petition has been also launched online to remove him from the show.
Former Bigg Boss contestant Mandana Karimi, who was one of the women who accused Sajid, decided to end her association with Bollywood after Sajid became part of the show.
