'The Raja Saab’, 'Kalki- Prabhas Gears Up For Diverse Range Of Films This Year

The film titled, 'The Raja Saab,' is slated to be a Pan-India film in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi.

Following the success of 'Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire,' global sensation Prabhas, acclaimed as The Rebel Star, announces his next which is a spellbinding romantic horror entertainer by director Maruthi under the People Media Factory banner. The film titled, 'The Raja Saab,' is slated to be a Pan-India film in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, with co-producer Vivek Kuchibotla, 'The Raja Saab' promises to be an out-and-out entertainer presenting Prabhas in a ‘Massy’ look in the film.

The film’s music is being orchestrated by National Award-winning music composer, Thaman S who is best known for his work in the 2020 musical hit 'Ala Vaikuntapuramulo' and the viral 'Hungy Cheetah’ song from ‘OG’.

Director Maruthi, confirming the romantic horror entertainer, announced on social media that ‘The Raja Saab’ is Prabhas’ special Pongal treat for fans worldwide. Sharing a picture on Instagram, Prabhas also wrote, "Presenting #TheRajaSaab's First Look in this festive season. Wishing you all joy and happiness!"

Apart from this, Prabhas is also coming up with 'Kalki' on May 9, this year. Sharing the poster, he wrote, "The countdown to the future has begun! #Kalki2898AD in theatres worldwide on 9th May 2024."

'Kalki' is an upcoming Indian science fiction film written and directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by C. Aswani Dutt of Vyjayanthi Movies. Apart from Prabhas, the film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani.

Going the extra mile, the makers executed a grand release date announcement through raiders across multiple cities across India, including Varanasi, Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai, Madurai, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Bhimavaram, Kashmir and Vijayawada. During the event, the raiders marched together, building anticipation and unveiled the scroll uniquely and excitingly, announcing the film’s release date as May 9, 2024.
