Will Jennifer Winget step into Bollywood holding Fawad's hand?

Karachi: Looks like popular TV actress and Karan Singh Grover's ex-wife Jennifer Winget has got her golden opportunity to step into Bollywood, holding Zoya Akhtar and Fawad Khan's hands. After rumours that the 'Khoobsurat' actor and Ranveer Singh might be seen together in the 'DIl Dhadakne Do' director's next made headlines, it is now being reported that the 31-year-old actress has been roped in as the female lead of the film, reports the Express Tribune. Further, if rumours are to be believed, then Winget will be romancing the fieriest Khan on screen. Pinkvilla quoted a source as saying, "Zoya has briefed Fawad about the basic premise of the film and the two will meet soon and take their discussion forward." "She loved Fawad in Kapoor & Sons and decided to work with him right after watching the film. However, she never had him in mind while writing this film. When Hrithik said no, she was in need for a dashing hero who could also act well. Fawad totally fit the bill," added the source. Although, Hrithik later denied the report, saying, "I can never say no to Zoya. She has not offered me any film recently. But I am sure we'll be working together soon again." Though the 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' director is yet to announce the cast of her next big release, Jennifer's Instagram post and her caption almost confirms the news. "#rumourhasit... haven't you heard? and whaddyaknow, maybe it's 'bout time! Now wont that be #adreamcometrue," she wrote. Earlier, Jennifer was supposed to make her B-Town debut with 'Phir Se' with director Kunal Kohli. Apparently, the movie couldn't be released due to post production woes and legal issues.
