Emraan Hashmi Diagnosed With Dengue, Takes Break From 'OG' Shoot

Emraan Hashmi has taken a break from the shoot of his Telugu debut film OG due to dengue. The actor was filming with Pawan Kalyan in Mumbai. OG is set for global release on September 25.

Actor Emraan Hashmi is currently taking a break from the shoot of his upcoming film after being diagnosed with dengue. According to a report by HT City, the actor had been filming for the highly anticipated pan-Indian movie 'OG', alongside Pawan Kalyan. The shoot was taking place in Aarey Colony, Goregaon, Mumbai, when Emraan began feeling unwell on set.

A production source close to the development confirmed that Emraan Hashmi is now recuperating and focusing on his recovery.

'OG' marks Emraan Hashmi’s much-awaited Telugu film debut, where he plays a pivotal role. The film is slated for a worldwide release on September 25, 2025, with the production team hopeful to resume shooting soon.
