New Delhi: Actress Aindrila Sharma had repeated cardiac arrests as a result of clots that formed in her brain. On Tuesday morning, the hospital administration provided the information to the media. After she had a heart attack, the medical staff performed CPR on her. However, the severity of her health is really concerning. 

She was transported to the hospital on November 1st, where the surgeons performed brain surgery to remove the clots. Since then, she has been kept on a ventilator and had multiple cardiac arrests on Monday. 

Meanwhile, Aindrila's most recent CT scan revealed more blood clots on her brain from where the first surgery had been performed. This added another layer of complexity to the problem. According to the most recent information provided by Anandabazar.com, the medical professionals told the media that the blood clots are quite small, and as a result, surgery was not an option. In order to treat the clots, a brand-new dosage of the medication was given. It was decided to give the patient an additional dosage of the antibiotic. 

Earlier on Monday, Aindrila's boyfriend, actor Sabyasachi Chowdhury, came to his social media page and requested her admirers to hope for a miracle. According to what he posted, the actress's situation is not stable at this time. 

He wrote, “I never thought that I would write this here. However, today is the day. Pray for Aindrila. Pray for a miracle. Pray for the supernatural. She is fighting against all odds, beyond human.”

Even their admirers and friends offered prayers for them. Actors Parambrata Chatterjee, Jeetu Kamal, Sudipta Chakraborty, Bidipta Chakraborty, Anindya Chatterjee, and Swastika Dutta, amongst others, voiced their hopes and wishes.

Aindrila has previously battled cancer. Before she suffered a brain stroke earlier this month, the actress had been declared cancer-free twice.
