Aryan Khan Drug Case: No Bail For Shah Rukh Khan's Son Today, Next Hearing On Wednesday

The NCB team had busted an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea on October 2 night.

Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan who is in a Mumbai jail since Friday has been denied bail for the third time since his arrest a week ago in the drugs-on-cruise case. His bail request will take place on Wednesday at 11 am in the Mumbai Sessions Court after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) gives its statement to the court.

Besides Aryan, bail applications of four other accused Arbaaz Merchant, Mohak Jaswal, Nupur Satija, and Munmun Dhamecha are also listed on the Wednesday.

The court asked the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to file its reply on Wednesday morning and argue in the same matter in the second half of the same day.

Earlier, last week on Thursday, a Mumbai Magistrate court had sent Aryan and seven others to judicial custody for 14 days.

Meanwhile, IPO-bound edtech major Byju's has temporarily halted advertisements featuring its brand ambassador and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, as his son Aryan Khan undergoes a drug bust probe by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

In the high-drama rave party raid on October 2, the NCB had stated that it recovered drugs like 13 grams cocaine, 21 gms charas, 5 gms MD, and 22 MDMA pills in the operation from the accused, most of whom are linked to the glamour and entertainment industry.

Later, in the past few days, another 10 persons have been arrested for their alleged involvements in the rave party, including four from a Delhi-based event management company which had chartered the Cordelia Cruise ship for the Mumbai-Goa voyage.
