Actress Meena's Husband Vidyasagar Passes Away At 48
Actress Meena married Vidyasagar, a businessman from Bengaluru, in 2019 and the couple has an 11-year-old daughter Nainika.
Chennai: Actress Meena's husband Vidyasagar passed away at a private hospital in Chennai after suffering from a lung-related complication on Monday. Vidyasagar who was already suffering from lung-related ailments contracted coronavirus infection three months ago making it worse for him.
Meena married Vidyasagar, a businessman from Bengaluru, in 2019. The couple has a daughter Nainika who has also acted in a couple of movies as a child artiste.
After the news of his demise, several celebrities and fans of actor Meena started pouring their condolences on social media.
Actress Radha Nair said, "Deeply saddened to know about the passing away of Vidyasagar, husband of noted actress Meena. Stay strong Meena. We all are with you in these tough times & beyond. Om Shanthi."

Actress Meena made her debut as a child artist in the Tamil film 'Nenjangal' in 1982. She acted in several movies as a child artist and later went on to act in several south Indian movies and Bollywood movies as the lead in her career spanning over three decades.
Her daughter Nainika (11) made her debut in Kollywood movie ‘Theri’.
