Actor Shahnawaz Pradhan Passes Away At 56 After Suffering A Heart Attack

It has been reported that the last rites for Shahnawaz Pradhan would take place on February 18th.

New Delhi: After having a heart attack on February 17, actor Shahnawaz Pradhan passed away. He was 56. While attending a social event, he collapsed after complaining of terrible chest pain. He was sent to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital immediately, but the doctors there were unable to save his life.

According to media reports, the actor's pulse was determined to be inactive, and additional information revealed that the actor had just had bypass surgery in the preceding months.

Shahnawaz Pradhan has worked on a wide variety of films, TV shows, and OTT platforms, including the critically acclaimed Mirzapur, Raees, and Hostages. Along with 24 and Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin, he has acted in Alif Laila, Byomkesh Bakshi, Bandhan Saat Janamon Ka, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story and more series and films.

Rajesh Tailang, a co-actor of Shahnawaz's during their time in ‘Mirzapur’, posted a heartfelt tribute to his friend and coworker on Instagram: “Shahnawaz bhai aakhiri salaam !!! Kya gazab ke zaheen insaan aur kitne behatar adaakar the aap. Mirzapur ke dauran kitna sundar waqt guzara aapke saath, Yaqeen nahin ho raha.”
