PM Modi Should Help Us In Forming Govt In Gujarat: AAP’s CM Face Isudan Gadhvi
Gujarat will go to polls in two phases on December 1 and December 5 while the counting will take place on December 8.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday, November 4, announced Isudan Gadhvi as its Chief Minister face for the upcoming Gujarat Assembly Election 2022. Isudan Gadhvi's wife expressed happiness and told ABP News she is "very happy about the new responsibility that he will be taking.”
Earlier, while talking to ABP News ahead of the official announcement by AAP of his name as the party's Gujarat Chief Minister candidate, Gadhvi said that he appealed to Prime Minister Modi to help AAP to form the government in the state.
He said: “Prime Minister Narendra Modi should help us in forming the government in Gujarat. The people of Gujarat BJP are defaming him (PM Modi).” On the question of a possible alliance with Congress, Gadhvi said that his party’s alliance was with the people of Gujarat.

The CM candidate for AAP was named on the basis of opinions submitted to the party by the people of the state through SMS, WhatsApp, voice mail and e-mail, party office-bearers said.
The fierce political battle for Gujarat will witness a three-cornered fight this time with AAP putting in all its efforts. AAP yesterday released a list of 10 candidates for the polls. BJP is also finalising the candidates for the elections. Congress will convene a meeting of CWC to discuss the Gujarat elections.
