YouTube Educator Khan Sir Says 'Proof Of BPSC Paper Leak' Ready
Khan sir alleged that missing papers from Nawada and Gaya treasuries were given to a center on January 4, resulting in an unusually high number of qualifying candidates.

Amid the ongoing controversy in the state over the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) 70th Preliminary Test (PT), teacher and YouTuber Khan Sir has made a big claim. He said the evidence they had been searching for over the past two months is now in their hands and they will definitely win in the court.
Faizal Khan, aka Khan sir, was referring to the alleged BPSC paper leak.
After identifying the irregularities, Khan Sir said, "The cover has been lifted from what the commission was trying to hide. We have identified the irregularities that took place. Question papers are prepared in three sets so that if one gets leaked, the others can still be used. The rule states that the remaining question papers should be deposited in the respective district treasuries. After investigating for two months, we discovered that the papers from the Nawada and Gaya treasuries were missing."

"Later, we found out that the missing papers were given by BPSC to the Bapu Examination Center. The papers that were supposed to be discarded as scrap were instead used on January 4, which resulted in three times the usual number of qualifying candidates, " he added.
BPSC's Notice To Khan Sir
Earlier, Khan Sir had accused the BPSC of selling seats and called the commission a "thief" as he addressed the students protesting in Patna outside the BPSC office. The BPSC aspirants were protesting against the December 13 CCE exam, demanding cancellation of the exam over allegations of irregualrities during the exam.
Taking a dig at BPSC, Khan Sir had also said that the country's GDP fell first, followed by bridges and then BPSC. "Pehle desh ka GDP gira, phit Bihar mei pul gira, phir BPSC gir gya," he said.
In response, BPSC on Saturday (January 11) sent a legal notice to him. The notice was sent to the Patna-based tutor for his remarks against the BPSC during the protest in Patna against the 70th CCE exam. He was asked to publically apologise to the commission and its officials within 15 days.
