Identity Proof

Every application requires an individual to submit a proof of identity so that the card issuer can verify the identity and prevent fraud. It also helps the issuer to evaluate if you meet the eligibility criteria. Some ID proofs that you can provide in your application are an Aadhaar card, passport, Voter ID card, or driving license. Do ensure that your photo and information on the document are accurate and updated. 

Address Proof

Once your identification has been verified, the card issuer needs to keep a log of your address and current residence for communication purposes. The address proof also helps credit card issuers assess potential risks in your application.
