PM Modi congratulates javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra over call

During a phone call, PM Narendra Modi congratulated javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra, who won Gold medal at Tokyo Olympics today. The 23-year-old Chopra now holds gold medals in javelin throw at the Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and Olympics, all at the same time.
