According to an article published in France, the Rafale deal of India is a big mess. Based on that French, Congress is once again raising questions against the government's dealing.

The fourth batch of the three IAF Rafales landed at the Jamnagar base -- on Indian soil -- after a direct flight from Istres Air Base in France recently.
