Migrating people act as carriers: Uttarakhand CM

Although people traveling to Uttarakhand were less due to less number of trains but those travelling to their homes after the lockdown are acting like carriers, says Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat. Rawat said, if required, a lockdown may be imposed in Uttarakhand as well.
