Man carrying 7-month-old on bicycle and heading Hardoi

Many of these workers had travelled on foot for several kilometres after the transportation throughout the capital city was discontinued owing to the lockdown. A ground report shows a man carrying a 7-month-old daughter on a bicycle and heading home to Hardoi since he got food only a week and will not be able to survive.
