Israel Embassy Blast: International connection surfaces, explosive used being checked

The Indian Government is in action in realtion to the IED blast near the Israel Embassy. As per the received information, an international connection has surfaced in this blast case. The samples of the explosive used in this blast are being checked. Also a letter has been recovered from ground zero which reads, 'This blast was just a trailer'.
