Why didn't BMC wait for Bombay HC hearing before razing Kangana's office?

BMC demolished the actress' office in a rush and didn't wait for the hearing in Bombay High Court. Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli were secretly escorted from the airport through an undisclosed gate. They boarded a white car and left, surrounded by police vans.
