MP: Scuffle between people & police over leopard at Raghogarh
A scuffle broke out between people and police at Madhya Pradesh's Raghogarh when people flouted social distancing rules to watch stranded leopard in the village's well. Former CM of Madhya Pradesh Digvijaya Singh tweeted about the stuck leopard but did not mention the fight between police and people.
He tweeted,'This well belongs to Pratap Singh Yadav of Kherai village in Raghogarh. Good to see wildlife growing again in Raghogarh. The panther must be rescued without hurting him. Forest Ranger is on the spot. I hope he saves the panther safely without hurting anyone.'
