Exclusive: Montek Singh on why Manmohan mulled exit after Rahul jab
Former deputy chairman of Planning Commission, Montek Singh Ahluwalia has issued a clarification over his comment that Manmohan Singh had asked should he resign as Prime Minister after Rahul Gandhi tore an ordinance publicly.
