Exclusive: Montek Singh on why Manmohan mulled exit after Rahul jab

Former deputy chairman of Planning Commission, Montek Singh Ahluwalia has issued a clarification over his comment that Manmohan Singh had asked should he resign as Prime Minister after Rahul Gandhi tore an ordinance publicly. Speaking to ABP News, Ahluwalia said that the Manmohan Singh had asked that question after reading an oped written by Ahluwalia's brother. Watch his full interview here.
