Delhi: Ground report from Mandi House amid lockdown
Announcing lockdown in Delhi districts, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, "If we reach 1000 cases we will not be able to deal with it. That's why we have decided to order a lockdown from 6 am tomorrow till March 31, 2020." Dairies, grocery shops, chemists and petrol pumps are open. As of now, as many as 27 positive cases of coronavirus has been reported in Delhi- 6 of them fall under the category of transmission, 21 had come from foreign countries.
