A video has surfaced on social media showing women hanging onto the outside of a packed local train in Mumbai during peak hours. The Kalyan Ladies Special train was reportedly delayed by 40 minutes, prompting some commuters to take dangerous risks. The video, shared by the Mumbai Railway Users account, underscored the severe overcrowding on platforms and in compartments due to the delay. However, ABP News has not independently verified the video or the details shared by the X user.

"Today's Ladies Special from Kalyan was delayed by 40 minutes, forcing women to hang on the footboard—an unsafe and risky commute. Railways term this dangerous, yet delays continue," the video was captioned by the X user.

The clip quickly caught the attention of RailwaySeva, which stated that the matter had been forwarded to the relevant authorities. They also tagged Central Railway RPF, urging an investigation into the incident.
