Vivo T4 Lite 5G To Launch Next Week: Here's How Much It Could Cost

Vivo has confirmed that the T4 Lite 5G will house a hefty 6,000mAh battery — an upgrade over the T3 Lite 5G’s 5,000mAh unit.

Vivo is all set to heat up India’s budget smartphone race with its upcoming Vivo T4 Lite 5G, which will officially launch on June 24. The device has been teased on Flipkart, and if early indications hold true, Vivo’s latest offering may arrive with a sub-Rs 10,000 price tag, making it one of the most affordable 5G smartphones on the market.

Expected Price Could Be Vivo's Biggest Weapon

While Vivo has not revealed the final pricing, speculation is rife that the T4 Lite 5G will debut under Rs 10,000. This aggressive pricing would significantly undercut its predecessor, the Vivo T3 Lite 5G, which launched at Rs 10,499. The move signals Vivo's intent to aggressively target the entry-level 5G segment, where affordability remains a major selling point for first-time buyers and students looking to upgrade to next-gen connectivity.

The Vivo T4 Lite 5G is set to sport a vertically aligned dual-camera system placed inside a pill-shaped module on the back, accompanied by a flash. The front will feature a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, keeping up with the modern design trends even in the budget category. Buyers will be able to choose between sleek Silver and Black colour variants, as confirmed by the official teasers.

Packed With Features Uncommon At This Price

In terms of hardware, the T4 Lite 5G looks ready to punch above its weight. Vivo has confirmed that the handset will house a hefty 6,000mAh battery — an upgrade over the T3 Lite 5G’s 5,000mAh unit — ensuring longer battery life for heavy users. It is also being promoted as the first in its price segment to offer up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness, which should enhance outdoor visibility significantly.

Under the hood, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and offer up to a massive 2TB of expandable storage — a rare offering in the sub-Rs 10,000 space. The display will measure 6.74 inches and come with TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light emission, promising a more comfortable viewing experience. On the software front, the T4 Lite 5G is expected to run Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 right out of the box.

Positioned To Expand Vivo's Budget 5G Line-Up

The Vivo T4 Lite 5G will join the company’s existing T-series line-up, which recently saw the launch of the Vivo T4 Ultra 5G. With this new budget entry, Vivo seems keen on expanding its 5G portfolio across various price points, ensuring broader access to 5G technology.

As the official launch date approaches, all eyes will be on Vivo to see if it can indeed deliver a powerful 5G experience at a price that could disrupt the entire entry-level segment.
