Jio 5G Trials Start Today: Netizens Flood Twitter With Hilarious Memes

Reliance Jio has rolled out its beta trial of 'True 5G' services on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra on Wednesday in four cities — Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Varanasi. The telco has launched a 'Welcome Offer' in these four cities for Jio users, who can avail of the True 5G services under beta trial by invitation. These customers will get unlimited 5G data with speeds up to over 1Gbps. However, a 5G-enabled smartphone is a must to avail of high-speed Internet and other services.
Jio’s 5G launch comes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the next-gen network services in 13 cities during the India Mobile Congress on October 1.
