  • Open Google Forms on a web browser. 
  • A new untitled form will open. Name the form and enter the description in the field below.
  • You will see an untitled question on your screen. Rephrase it as needed and select the kind of answer that you want be it multiple choices, short answers, file upload etc.
  • Once done, click on the ‘Send’ option at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Once done, click the ‘Escape’ button to go back to the form.
