Asus Launches Vivobook S16 OLED With AI Muscles, Snapdragon-Powered Vivobook S14 With 30-Hour Battery Life

Asus has introduced its refreshed Vivobook series in India, unveiling a range of new models that blend AI capabilities with sleek designs and power-packed specifications. The latest lineup includes the Vivobook S16 OLED, Vivobook S16, and two versions of the Vivobook S14, offering buyers several configurations to choose from.

AI Performance At The Core

The highlight of the launch is the AI-powered Vivobook S16 OLED, which features up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor. With an OLED display stretching up to 16 inches and offering a 60Hz refresh rate, this model is positioned for users seeking both performance and vibrant visuals. Alongside, the Vivobook S16 caters to gamers and content creators with its 16-inch IPS display, delivering a smoother 144Hz refresh rate.

The Vivobook S14 series also steps into the AI arena. The S3407QA variant is equipped with a Snapdragon X processor, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 512GB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD storage. Its dedicated NPU boasts an impressive 45 tera operations per second (TOPS) of AI capability. Asus has pre-installed its suite of AI applications to complement this processing power. The S3407CA version, meanwhile, houses up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H processor, paired with Intel AI Boost NPU offering 13 TOPS of performance.

Long-Lasting Battery Across The Board

Battery life is a key selling point for the entire Vivobook lineup. Each model comes with a 70Wh battery. According to Asus, the Snapdragon-powered Vivobook S14 (S3407QA) can deliver up to 30.5 hours of usage on a single charge, while the Intel-powered S3407CA promises up to 20 hours.

The Vivobook S16 and S16 OLED follow the same battery and connectivity blueprint. Both offer Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, multiple USB Type-A and Type-C ports, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Security and privacy features include a full-HD IR webcam with a physical privacy shutter.

Pricing And Availability

Asus has priced the Vivobook S16 OLED (S3607CA) at Rs 82,990 and the standard Vivobook S16 (S3607VA) at Rs 69,990. The Vivobook S14 (S3407QA) starts at Rs 74,990, while the S14 (S3407CA) is available at Rs 80,990.

Interested buyers can find the new Vivobook models on Asus’ official e-shop, Amazon, Flipkart, exclusive Asus stores, Croma, Vijay Sales, and other authorised retail outlets.

All newly launched Vivobooks also come bundled with Microsoft Office Home 2024 with lifetime validity and 100GB of Microsoft 365 Basic OneDrive cloud storage free for one year from the date of purchase.
