IPL 2025 Points Table: Gujarat Titans (GT) delivered a dominant performance to defeat Rajasthan Royals (RR) by 58 runs in a one-sided IPL 2025 clash on Wednesday (April 9). With this convincing win, Shubman Gill’s side climbed to the top of the points table, while Sanju Samson’s RR failed to build on their previous victory and remained in seventh place.

Batting first, Gujarat Titans put up an imposing total of 217/6, thanks to a superb 82 off 53 balls from Sai Sudharsan. He received solid support from Jos Buttler and M Shahrukh Khan, who chipped in with 36 runs each.

In response, Rajasthan Royals were bowled out for 159 in 19.2 overs, despite a gritty 52 from Shimron Hetmyer and a composed 41 by captain Sanju Samson. GT's bowling attack delivered collectively, with Prasidh Krishna picking up three wickets, while Rashid Khan and Sai Kishore claimed two apiece.
