In the ongoing IPL 2024 season IPL 2024, MS Dhoni's performance has been nothing short of exceptional. From just 48 balls faced, the seasoned wicket-keeper batter has managed to accumulate 110 runs, with a remarkable strike rate of over 229.

MS Dhoni also etched his name in the record books by becoming the first Indian player (third player overall) to hit three back-to-back sixes to start the IPL innings, a feat never achieved before in tournament's history. Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 is most likely going to be MS Dhoni's final IPL season as a player. 

Can Chennai Super Kings (CSK) make it to Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 Playoffs?

Chennai Super Kings currently stand at 10 points, having secured five wins and five losses from their ten matches in the IPL 2024 league stage. With four matches left to play, CSK requires at least three wins out of these remaining 4 fixtures to reach the 16-point mark and secure a spot in IPL 2024 playoffs.

However, even reaching 16 points doesn't guarantee CSK a playoff berth, as they may still rely on the results of other teams. Therefore, winning all four remaining matches to reach 18 points would be a more secure path for CSK to qualify for IPL 2024 playoffs.
