Sanath Jayasuriya, the former cricket captain of Sri Lanka, is undoubtedly one of the greatest batsmen to have played the gentlemen’s game. His contribution in changing the face of Lanka cricket is commendable. He has been a part of several historic events including the 1996 World Cup victory.

After scoring over 20,000 runs and picking 440 wickets in international, the legendary cricketer retired in 2011. But still, he keeps himself connected to cricketing activities. A few months ago, he was seen practising some shots during a net session. And recently, he has been spotted training his little son.
