New Delhi: The dream of million people came true as Mahendra Singh Dhoni smashed the ball in dark Mumbai sky to bring the World Cup home after 28 long yeras in 2011. It is one of those sixes which will be remembered by generations to come.

More than six years have passed since that historical night but the affinity between MS Dhoni and Wankhede stadium continues to grow.

The 36-year-old reproduced that moment during the net session at the Wankhede stadium before India’s opening ODI encounter against New Zealand, taking us back to the famous night.
