In 40-second long video posted on Twitter by Cricket Australia (CA), banned Australian star batsman David Warner on Sunday was seen facing Test quicks Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood during a net session at the famous Syndey Cricket ground. The right-hander was also seen getting some tips from Coach Langer.

Here’s the video…

Recently, CA ruled out a submission by the Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) demanding either lift the ban altogether or bring back the trio - Smith, Warner and Cameron Bancroft to domestic cricket before the actual suspension ends.

The governing body stated that it would be inappropriate to make any changes to the sanctions handed down to the three players. A few days ago, Warner expressed his views on the whole ball-tampering scandal.

"What happened (in Cape Town) was very disappointing, we are ashamed of what happened," Warner had said.

"At the end of the day I'm sitting here 12 months on the sideline, that's my take on it. The end result and the long-form goal is to get back in the Baggy Green and play the World Cup (next year). But it's a game at a time," Warner further said.

India successfully won the 3rd and the final T20I against Australia by 6 wickets at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Sunday. Though the 3-match series ended in a 1-1 draw, India managed to maintain their unbeaten streak.
