Top Performer: Samarth emerged as the top-scorer for UP as he added 105 runs with Aksh Deep Nath (51) after openers Abhishek Goswami (31) and Upendra Yadav (45) gave the team a superb start with a 76-run partnership at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium.
Star Watch: Naman Ojha who has also represented Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League played a moderate inning of 53 runs in 71 balls, hitting a single six with three boundaries at a good strike rate of 74.64.

Hyderabad got better of Chhattisgarh as after being put to bat first, Hyderabad was able to put a total of 222 runs on the board with the help of K Rayudu 75 run innings in 102 balls. Hyderabad’s victory rode on the balling duo of M Hassan and PS Sairam as both managed to take three wickets each, getting Chhattisgarh all-out for 121 in 33.3 overs.
Top Performer: K Rayudu’s 75 (102) helped Hyderabad put a decent total on-board.
Star Watch: Right-arm pace bowler Mohammad Siraj was handed just four overs by captain Harpreet Singh in which he was not able to take any wickets, giving away 23 runs at an economy of 5.73 runs per over.
