During an exclusive conversation with ANI, Rohit Sharma opened up on his retirement from T20 International cricket, he said, " Whenever I feel inside what is right, I try and do that, that has been my nature when I captained the team as well. What I feel inside is what I want to do. I don't think a lot about the past and future...I didn't think that I would retire from T20 but such a situation came and I thought it was the perfect situation for me. Nothing better than winning the cup and saying goodbye"

On India's historic win in the T20 World Cup 2024, Rohit Sharma reminisced about his cricketing journey, recalling how he started with the national team in 2007.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have retired from T20Is but they will continue to play for the national team in ODIs and Tests.
