Australian Cricketers Undergo Lie Detector Test: Glenn Maxwell's Secrets Revealed

Australian cricketers took part in a humorous lie detector test, during which they divulged various secrets about their teammate Glenn Maxwell.

Australia's star cricketers—Travis Head, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins, Marnus Labuschagne, Mitchell Marsh, and Usman Khawaja—participated in a humorous lie detector test.

During the test, they revealed various anecdotes involving their teammate Glenn Maxwell. If a player lied, a red light would flash on the buzzer, accompanied by a mild electric shock, while a correct answer was indicated by a blue light.

The lie detector test was conducted on the 'Fletch and Hindy' show on the Fox Network. ABP Live was unable to independently verify the credibility of the test.

When asked if he had consumed over 35 beers after Australia's 2023 ODI World Cup win, Travis Head answered "no". However, the lie detector revealed a red light, indicating that he was possibly lying.

When asked if the current Australian team has a better environment without David Warner, Usman Khawaja responded "no." However, the lie detector lit up red, suggesting he wasn't being honest.

Glenn Maxwell, one of Australia's premier all-rounders, missed Australia's ODI World Cup match against England last year after a freak golf cart accident. Back then, it was reported that Maxwell fell off a golf cart, injuring his head and subsequently being ruled out of the CWC match against England.

Usman Khawaja was asked by a host if he thought the incident involving Glenn Maxwell falling off the golf cart was a cover-up, he responded, "No! Because I was there. I saw him fall off the cart." However, Khawaja received a shock, indicating that he was probably lying.

On the work front, the Australia men's cricket team is set to return to action with a three-match T20I series against Scotland, beginning on September 4. Following this, the Aussies will face their arch-rival England on home soil, competing in a three-match T20I series and a five-match ODI series.
