When Will The Solar Eclipse Occur In 2025?

The first solar eclipse of 2025 will occur on March 29, during the Krishna Paksha Amavasya of Chaitra month. This partial solar eclipse will last from 2:21 PM to 6:14 PM. Due to the combined influence of five planets—Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, the Moon, and Ketu—this eclipse may have a significant impact on the zodiac signs.

Will Sutak Period Occur Or Not?

In astrology, the Sutak period is calculated 12 hours before a solar eclipse, but the solar eclipse on March 29 will not be visible in India. Therefore, the Sutak period will not be valid.

No auspicious work is performed during the Sutak period or the eclipse. Cooking and eating are also considered inappropriate during this time. Even temple doors are closed during the Sutak period.

Where Will The Solar Eclipse Be Visible?

The solar eclipse will be visible in Bermuda, Barbados, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, northern Brazil, Finland, Germany, France, Hungary, Ireland, Morocco, Greenland, eastern Canada, Lithuania, Holland, Portugal, northern Russia, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Poland, Portugal, Norway, Ukraine, Switzerland, England, and the eastern part of the United States, etc.

Why Does A Solar Eclipse Occur?

The Earth revolves around the Sun, and the Moon revolves around the Earth. Due to this, the three bodies sometimes align with each other. This alignment leads to solar and lunar eclipses.

When the Moon comes between the Earth and the Sun, it is called a solar eclipse. During this time, the sunlight is blocked by the Moon, preventing it from reaching the Earth, and the shadow of the Moon falls on the Earth.
