In preparation for the main event, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, the trust managing the Ram temple, has decided to keep the temple open for ‘Bhavan Darshan’ from October 29 to November 1 until midnight, allowing visitors to experience the grandeur of the celebrations up close.
Security Measures Taken For The Grand Festivities:
Security measures have been taken to ensure a seamless experience for the thousands of devotees to be gathered here.
Police have sealed off 17 bylanes leading to Ram ki Paidi that restrict access to the banks of the Saryu River to pass holders. This measure will limit entry to volunteers, event officials, and authorised personnel to maintain order during the celebrations.
As part of an intensive security plan, 200 commandos from the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), Special Task Force (STF), and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) will secure the Ram temple and surrounding areas. Additional forces from the Rapid Action Force (RAF) and Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) have also been stationed in Ayodhya, with officers working in 12-hour shifts.
'Yeh Diwali Ayodhya Wali' Campaign:
In a heartfelt initiative complementing Ayodhya's grand Deepotsav, India’s leading devotional platform, Sri Mandir, has launched the #YehDiwaliAyodhyaWali campaign, inviting devotees nationwide to feel the sacred light of Ayodhya from wherever they are. As the first Diwali since the inauguration of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple, Sri Mandir will illuminate over 100,000 diyas at Raj Dwar Mandir, marking its fourth consecutive year of this celebratory tradition.
