Before The Archies' release, director Zoya Akhtar revealed posters for each of its characters.

In the film, Agastya Nanda will play Archie Andrews. He was described as ‘The heartthrob of Riverdale’.

Ethel Muggs is portrayed by the singer DOT. For her, the director wrote ‘Whipping out sweetness is her superpower.’

Jughead Jones, one of the main characters, is portrayed by Mihir Ahuja.

Yuvraj Menda will essay the role of Dilton Doiley. He was labeled as ‘Riverdale's own walking library’.

Veronica Lodge will be portrayed by Suhana Khan. She was described as ‘Sassy to classy and everything in between’.

Lastly, the role of Reggie Mantle is portrayed by Vedang Raina.

Khushi Kapoor plays Betty Cooper. Zoya indicated that she is not just another ‘girl next door’.
