‘There Is No Justification For This’

Responding to questions over the incidents in her constituencies, Chaudhary said the harassment was deeply distressing and could not be justified or accepted in any manner.

She said, “First of all, what has happened is extremely painful and there is no justification for it, nor can it be accepted in any manner. We strongly condemn it and we stand firmly with the victim’s family.”

“We are taking full responsibility for the mistake that has happened on our part, and we will make every effort to ensure that all these incidents are reviewed in the coming days. There should be a discussion on them and the strongest possible action should be taken so that no criminal gets the courage to commit such acts in the future,” she added.
