Threat posters put against BJP and TMC in two differnt areas close to Kolkata

New Delhi: Taking the BJP-TMC rift in West Bengal to an all new level, posters have been put in two different areas close to Kolkata threatening to behead a Trinamool Congress leader and those working for the BJP created sensation in Nimta and New Town areas on Wednesday.
Posters against TMC in Nimta:
It was alleged that BJP threatened with posters at TMC leader Nirmal Bala’s house in Nimta in North 24 Parganas district. The poster said “His head will be cut”. The incident was followed by a written complaint at Nimta PS, which was further followed by a police investigation.

The development comes a day after Nimta TMC leader Nirmal Kundu was shot dead by three bike-borne assailants in North Kolkata`s Dum Dum area on Tuesday night. Police have detained two persons in connection with the murder.
Posters against BJP in New Town
Similar posters have also been put up at several places at New Town area which read that, “If anybody works for the BJP, I will behead him and take the head with me”. The officers of New Town police station started investigating the matter.
